Coach Paul developed a true passion and love for the sport of women’s lacrosse, six years ago when his youngest daughter Laura (Hero’s 2022 White) decided to try the sport. He immediately got involved in coaching her U11 team and quickly became their head coach. He has held head coaching position at various levels including; recreational, club and High School. He is currently the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at South Hagerstown High. His focus is on developing a team culture that stresses giving of one’s self for their teammates. He is also dedicated to, expanding lacrosse fundamental skills, emphasizing positive encouragement through giving effort, and being complete in everything you do. He is a certified Level 2 US Lacrosse coach and a Certified USA Swimming Official. When he is not coaching lacrosse or officiating USA swim meets, he works as a Program Manager for Leidos and when he is not working, he spends time with his family in Frederick and in Florida.
