Coach Emily grew up in Harford County, MD where she attended North Harford High School. Her love for lacrosse began when she was in 6th grade when she joined the NEMS 2008 team. After high school, Emily attended Longwood University for 1 year and soon after transferred to Stevenson University to continue her lacrosse career. During her senior year at Stevenson, Emily tore her ACL and lost her eligibility for the year. She then had the opportunity to gain college coaching experience and served as the assistant coach for the Mustangs during the 2012-2013 season. Since then, Emily has most recently coached with Elite Lacrosse Club and served as the varsity girl's head coach at Our Lady of Mount Carmel. She was previously a part of the Hero's community and is excited to return to the program!
