Heros Lacrosse

Coach Jay Pasko is a graduate of Archbishop Curley High School, where he was a four-year starter, MSA Champion, Two-time team MVP, and the C. Markland Kelly Award Nominee.

He graduated from the University of Maryland, where he was a four-year lacrosse letter winner playing attack and midfield.  He garnered a 1991 Final Four appearance and was the Powell Trophy Winner. 

Coach Jay is an experienced coach, having coached Diamondbacks Lacrosse Club, Looney’s Lacrosse Club, Costa Rica National Team in the 2016 World Games, and Maryland United. He lives with his wife Monica and their two children, Cooper and Reese, in Severna Park.  In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
