Head Coach Ryleigh Carr is a Hero's 2017 Alum who takes over the 2028 White Head Coach position after being on the 2025 White staff for the past six years, three years as the head and three years as an assistant.  Ryleigh began her coaching career as an assistant on the 2021 White team while she was in high school, and transitioned to working with the 2025s in college. Her next stop was at Gerstell Academy as the Varsity assistant and middle school head coach.  Currently, in addition to Hero’s, Ryleigh is the head JV coach at Glenelg High School, as well as the Director of the high school division of Hero's Summer League.
