Most recently helped the Gettysburg men’s lacrosse team to an Elite 8 finish as the offensive coordinator while developing 1 All American and 4 all conference players in 2022. Helped lead the Mount St. Mary’s men’s lacrosse team to win 2 conference championships and 1 finalist in 4 years. As the defensive coordinator he led a top 20 nationally ranked defense and developed 1 NEC defensive player of the year, 1 All American, and 3 All Conference Defensive players. He also served as their recruiting coordinator. Prior to coaching in college he coached in the high school and club ranks. Erik also played professionally and as part of the Indoor US Development team. Erik played both Varsity Football and Lacrosse at Penn State University.
