Will has 6 years of youth coaching experience including 3 with Hero’s. His primary focus is coaching the offense. Will handles communication on behalf of the team. As a player, he was a 4 year starter and team captain for University of Mary Washington in Virginia. He also coaches the Hero’s 31 White team.
