
Kaitlin Rice
Kaitlin Rice, an Ellicott City native, began playing lacrosse in 2005 and went on to compete for the Hero’s 2018 club team from 2011 to 2017. A multi-sport athlete at Mount Hebron High School, she played Varsity lacrosse and soccer before continuing her lacrosse career at Duquesne University.
At Duquesne, Kaitlin was a four-year player (2018–2022), team captain, and named Duquesne’s Women Student-Athlete of the Year. After college, she coached True Lacrosse’s 2024 and 2027 teams in Pittsburgh before returning to Maryland. Kaitlin now works in Supply Chain at Northrop Grumman and coaches JV Lacrosse at Mount Hebron, while also assisting with the school’s basketball program.
