Michelle Cazzola

Michelle brings over a decade of coaching experience and a strong leadership presence to our program. Originally from New Jersey, she has spent the past 12 years coaching at both the club and high school levels, including leading the Hero’s Devo program during the 2024–2025 season. In addition to her coaching background, Michelle has served as an educator, curriculum coach, and Director of summer lacrosse camps—further reinforcing her passion for athlete development.

A late starter to the sport, Michelle began playing lacrosse in high school and quickly rose through the ranks. She went on to have a decorated collegiate career, earning multiple honors including three All-American selections, two Tewaaraton Watch List appearances, and setting her school’s all-time scoring record. She also helped lead her team to a Final Four appearance, was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team, and earned several all-conference accolades.

Michelle now lives in Howard County with her husband and three children, and continues to be a passionate mentor for young athletes both on and off the field.
